BUSINESS CALCULATOR USAGE

Features:

• Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division, and repeat functions for each of these four if the equals sign (screen) or the enter key (computer) is pressed.

• Visible simulated printout shown on right side as you calculate.

• Ability to print out the simulated printout to many normal types of default printers attached to your computer or network

• "Hot Keys" can control many functions of this calculator from your computer number pad (see detail below)

• Ten memory locations that are visible - to help you remember which is which.  Each has entry (<), and return of information to the accumulator (>) as well as a memory plus function

• 3 levels of clear:  "CE" clears the accumulator only, "CLR" clears the accumulator and operation in progress, but does not reset the memory nor the simulated printout.  "reset" clears all.

• Ability to add your name or your company name to the top of the printout (length restriction)

• Data printout, (US date format for US computer settings) below the name

• Cash register functions of (1) "Tax + Total"  showing the tax and giving the total, and (2) "Cash + Change" allowing entry of the amount paid by the customer into the accumulator, and then showing change owed (3) "Credit Card" - which allows for a signature line below on the receipt.  and (4) "printer line"  which just adds a blank printer line where you wish one.

• Custom settings under "options" in the menu.  This allows for setting up your own tax amount and for naming four custom keys to a name you wish and a constant value for each - such as setting up commission rates or discount rates or values.

• "Save" - ability to save the calculation output file to the computer hard drive.  You also can save option files that save most of your settings, and you can even save and reload multiple settings.

Hot Keys - that can control the calculator from your number pad:  (key / action)

• 0-9:     numbers entered

• +:        addition

• -:         subtraction

• *:         multiplication

• x:         multiplication also (same as *)

• /:         division

• enter:   equals

• .:          decimal point

• clear:    backspace (may differ on some keyboards)
