If you are looking for an windows computer software application that can list
file names from a directory - including path - filemod can do that. It
actually can list directory files in three ways:

List file name only (no extensions, no path)
-
List file names and their extensions, such as ".txt" (but
not path)
-
List file names, extensions and path (such as:
C:\photos\house\kitchen.JPG )
Also, the outputs can either be save as a text file, or if you
are familiar with using the computer clipboard, highlight with your mouse the
file names you wish to copy, and then press ctrl and insert together. Then
to paste into another documents, just use shift and insert at the mouse cursor
point where you wish to transfer it.
