templates are
“traffic cops” that tell what data is where, and how much of it will be
transferred and in what order. Templates are made in “Options”. The “Options”
screen also contains the import, export, and merge functions.
Templates:
Note that while some templates are supplied for common items, you can make
templates yourself that allow you to transfer just the data and the contacts
that you wish – at least to a high degree of freedom.
