main function:  General text storage.  Example:  web sites, user names, and passwords

Description of features starting at the upper left and going around counter-clockwise:

• Refer to the "List Box" - the large blue rectangle on the left side.  This list will show entries for one of the 18 types of “areas” selected on the upper middle- right (note that "Shop" is highlighted").

• After selecting an item in the list (highlight an item in the list box with your mouse), its details show on the right.  Clicking one of the 8 middle blue buttons (5 above, 3 a little lower) here sends info on the right to the clipboard.  The item sent to the clipboard will show the blue button a darker blue.

• During editing, one must use “Modify Titles” to change titles (in blue on right)

• ALWAYS use “Add New” to add a new contact.  This button will then be marked “Save”.  When done with all entries, press it again when ready to save.

• Remember to select an “Area” type (lowest middle - "Select Group" box) for each record.  Use the arrow on the right of the box to show drop down selections of your Membank setup names.

• Double click on multi line items (3 of them) to show a multi line view.  These are the three white text boxes on the lower right side.

• Data items that can be sent to the clipboard after clicking the titles to their left (light blue).  Note that 5 short phrases are provided higher up, and three multi-line phrases below.  The title that is sent to the clipboard will become a darker blue.

• When using “Add New” to add a membank record, always ensure a “Name” and also that that name is unique.  “Refresh” should be used when editing and the name is changed.

• You can select any of 18 areas to display in the list on the right.  Area names are modified under “Options”
