The above shows the merge screen for
the emaddy2 database program.
main function:
merges all or part of two database “profiles” or a database and
backup
features - note
that they mostly go from upper left around the screen counter-clockwise

The "Begin" button starts the merge when you are ready

Names in the boxes on the upper right such as "No
Action" or "Done !" show starting action and also status later as the merge
progresses

At the bottom, the two locations, one for each database
used in the merge are shown. The local database is the one that you
were currently using this startup time with the program and the remote
database is the one that you wish to merge with
Note: Database merge is often fast unless you have many
records. Ensure the intended actions are the ones you wish before pressing
“BEGIN”. Check merge items under “Options” and also be sure to set the option
for updating both databases or just the local one or just the remote one (drop
down box options).
