WEBSITES?

In our current world, one must also have an online presence.  If for no other reason, many people will want to check you out to learn about you and see that you have no obvious faults and that they do not find negatives.  You might find it odd that I also get into websites, and in fact am putting up this website here and that it likely will not take me that much time.  I do believe that too many people, certainly including managers, believe certain functions are beneath them.  Well, if those functions are necessary to a business, I for one do not feel I am too good to be the one doing them.

I have seen places take forever and pay a fortune to get a website on line.  That is not necessary.  It can be done quickly, and likely should be written for the most part by the owners - so they can share their dreams and plans with others.

Websites can also give people very important information about your business, such as your business hours, contact phones, and much more.  You might also with to use a website to answer common customer questions - which could help free up your phone lines and employees for more important customer discussions.
