Suzie Larsen clothes has both nylons and
panty-hose. Now, we realize that in Second Life that
nylons will never fall down even without garter belts.
Heck! We can even see some buildings in the sky that never
fall down! However, if you wish the realism or look of
garter belts to hold up nylons, we do have a set of garter belts
- actually 10 colors in all for L $10 that might be just what
you are looking for. The garter belts are somewhat designed to
work with the rest of Suzie Larsen clothes. For example,
the length of the garter straps matches our nylon sets - nylon
sets both with and without seams. Also the colors were
selected to somewhat work with the panties and bras in our
collection. In the case of our pastel opaque
(non-transparent) panties, the garter straps are a slightly
different color. If they were not, they would simply get
lost and be invisible. So a slight color variation was
used. As for our sheer panties that have transparency, the
color matching we think is closer. As for the garter belts
themselves, they are a mixture of solid color with transparent
t40 (40% transparent) panels.
How do garter belts physically work in Second Life?
Well for Suzie Larsen clothes they are separate clothes.
We expect that you would be wearing the garter belt with a skirt
or gown and not with pants or jeans. Because of that, the
garter belts are simply "pants" as far as Second Life Clothes
go. So then, the nylons are the socks of Second
Life, the panties are the underpants, and the garter belts are
the pants of Second Life. We would then expect you would
be wearing a skirt with this outfit., and of course, blouse and
shoes also. And yes, we are aware than many women in real
life wear panties over garter belts for ease of well, certain
necessary bathroom functions. However, in Second Life
panties are easier to remove and will likely be stored in your
clothing under underpants. That made pants the right
choice for storage for garter belts. |
